You can start by rinsing the Brussels sprouts and preheating the oven to 350℉.
Boil water in a pot over the stove. Add salt in it, and once it starts to boil, add Brussels sprouts. Let them simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until they are tender. Smaller Brussels sprouts take less time to cook, so make sure the Brussels sprouts are even in size for even cooking.
Once they are done, drain them and place them instantly in an ice bath. It will stop the cooking process and retain the vegetable's crunch and color.
Once they are cool, take them out of the ice bath and place them on a kitchen towel so they can drain.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and add olive oil and all the dry seasonings. Mix well until every Brussels sprout is coated with seasonings.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray, and make sure there is a little space between each sprout so they can bake thoroughly.
