Ingredients

Instructions

  • You can start by rinsing the Brussels sprouts and preheating the oven to 350℉.
  • Boil water in a pot over the stove. Add salt in it, and once it starts to boil, add Brussels sprouts. Let them simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until they are tender. Smaller Brussels sprouts take less time to cook, so make sure the Brussels sprouts are even in size for even cooking.
  • Once they are done, drain them and place them instantly in an ice bath. It will stop the cooking process and retain the vegetable's crunch and color.
  • Once they are cool, take them out of the ice bath and place them on a kitchen towel so they can drain.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and add olive oil and all the dry seasonings. Mix well until every Brussels sprout is coated with seasonings.
  • Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray, and make sure there is a little space between each sprout so they can bake thoroughly.
