Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder optional
  • Sweetener to taste
