Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoom avocado oil
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 small onion medium, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup water or vegetable broth
  • soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet
  • Add celery, onion, and garlic, and cook until soft, about 4 minutes
  • Add cabbage, and water, and stir
  • Cook until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally
