Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
Start by peeling the sweet potatoes to remove the skin. Once you have peeled them, wash them thoroughly to get rid of any dirt.
Slice them either with a sharp knife, mandoline or with a chips cutter thinly.
In a bowl, add potato slices, olive oil, paprika, and salt.
Toss until the spices cover the potato slices.
Place the slices on the baking sheet.
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 400-degree F for 30 minutes
After 15 minutes into the cook, turn over the slices.
Once the chips get a nice golden-brown color, remove them from the oven and let them cool a bit before serving.
