Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 medium potato boiled and cut into cubes
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro leaves for garnishing
  • Sev fried noodles for garnishing

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat some oil and add all the spices along with tamarind paste and cook for a few seconds.
  • Now add the cooked chickpeas, boiled potato, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and sev.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors of tamarind chickpea chaat.
