Vegan Garlic Bread

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Cut the baguette into thick slices, about 1 inch thick, leaving a small fraction of the base intact to hold the bread together.
  • Spread the garlic butter on both sides of the slices and all over the top and sides of the baguette. Wrap the baguette with parchment paper, then secure with aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped baguette on a cookie sheet just in case of any dripping. Bake for 15 minutes. Place the baguette pieces on a platter and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
