Vegan Parmesan Cheese

This easy vegan parmesan cheese doesn't need any food processor to make, and it is so easy and flavorful. It can be made in minutes using almond flour, nutritional yeast flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Mix almond flour, nutritional yeast flakes, onion powder, garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 month.
