  • 2 medium red apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, Red Delicious) chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup green grapes halved
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 celery stalk cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup walnuts roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  • Add apples, grapes, raisins, celery, walnuts. Stir until fully combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
