Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Green Pepper

Instructions

  • Scrub and peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and boil them in salted water until they are tender about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the batter.
  • Mix a cup of chickpea flour with a touch of turmeric powder, chili, cumin, and salt. Add water and thoroughly mix to form a smooth batter. Add the cilantro leaves, and garlic, It should not be very thick or thin but should have a fair mixture that will stick to the potatoes
