Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple fresh or frozen (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 15 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar or 1 frozen ripe banana

Instructions

  • Place crushed pineapple in freeze containers like an ice cube tray or smaller freezer bags for at least 4 hours.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour in a glass and drink immediately.
  • Add pineapple juice coconut milk to a high-speed blender. Add the frozen pineapple and process until smooth and creamy.
