Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1- inch fresh ginger root washed and peeled (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender jug, add watermelon chunks, ginger, and water, and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Place a fine-mesh strainer on a pitcher. Pour blended watermelon.
  • Once the juice is strained, pour in water, agave juice, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
