Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend the watermelon chunks in a food processor until it is smooth.
  • Strain the watermelon juice using a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag, then discard the seeds and pulp.
  • Add the lime juice and sweetener to the watermelon juice, and stir.
  • Pour the watermelon mixture into the popsicle molds. Freeze until the popsicles are frozen solid, or overnight to be sure.
