This quick and easy roasted cauliflower is delicious and healthy. Perfect as finger food or as a side dish.
- 1 head cauliflower cut in florets
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Pinch cayenne
sea salt to taste
Preheat oven 425ºF. Grease a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl combine olive oil, turmeric, coriander, cumin, cayenne and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss well to coat. Transfer florets to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.

I love, love, love roasted vegetables, but I’ve never actually roasted cauliflower. I definitely need to give this a try. I almost always have cauliflower in my fridge. :)

Love the colors in this dish!! The turmeric almost make the cauliflower look like that orange version I’ve been seeing at the farmer’s market. Roasted Cauliflower is always a hit for me!
