Air Fryer Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 package organic pre-cooked polenta
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Cut the packet off the pre-cooked polenta and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.
  • Cut the polenta into ¼-inch round slices.
  • Brush the air fryer tray with oil. Place polenta slices in a single layer on the tray. Brush each slice with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Cook polenta slices in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Flip slices and cook the polenta for another 12-15 minutes or until polenta slices are golden and crispy on the edges.
