Ingredients

  • 1 pound zucchini or yellow squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 F.
  • Wash your squash and remove the ends.
  • Cut your squash into thin circles, about 1/4 inch in thickness
  • Place your squash into a bowl, and toss with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Place seasoned squash on the air fryer tray in a single layer.
  • Working in batches, cook the squashes in the air fryer at 375 F for 10 minutes.
