Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place almonds and coconut in a food processor and process until finely ground. Push down mixture along the sides of the food processor, using a spatula.
  • Add carob powder and maple syrup and process until mixture begins to clump together. Remove from food processor and form into balls by rolling between the palm of your hands.
  • Roll into shredded coconut and serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
