Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Stir mango, tomatoes, onion, red bell pepper, garlic, cilantro leaves in a bowl. Add lime juice and season with salt.
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes for flavors to blend. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
