Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilis crushed or pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • Use a fork or the bottom of a glass to gently smash each potato until it's about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle salt, crushed red chilies, and olive oil.
  • Air fry these smashed potatoes at 380 for 20 minutes or bake them in a preheated oven at 400 F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings. Serve hot. Serve and enjoy!
