Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup Vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small lime juice and zest
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut avocados open and remove the seed.
  • Place pitted avocados, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, salt, lime juice, and zest in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately (most recommended), or store in an airtight container for later use.
