  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs basil, parsley, rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Remove the husks and corn silk off the corn and discard.
  • Place corn in a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine vegan butter, garlic, fresh herbs, nutritional yeast flakes, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  • Spread corn with herb butter.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway. Toss with any leftover butter or add salt if necessary.
