  • Place vegan eggnog, gluten-free flour, ground flaxseeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, in a large casserole dish and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, flipping over to coat the other side.
  • Add Avocado oil to coat the skillet.
  • Cook the French toast for about 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the bread slices are done.
