Ingredients

  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil (avocado, olive, grapeseed)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cane sugar optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Brush oil on both sides of the tortillas, cut into wedges, and place them in a bowl or zip-lock bag.
  • Combine nutritional yeast flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, paprika, cane sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the seasoning blend to the tortilla wedges and toss to coat.
  • Place the tortilla on a single layer on the baking sheet?
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway. being careful that they don't burn.
