  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Add pineapple juice, coconut sugar, vegan butter, and salt to a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Bring caramel sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce the sauce to simmer, stirring for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
