Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves or a tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add cashews, water, tarragon, lemon juice, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, and salt in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
