If you want to know how to make coffee scrub for your face, there are many different ways to do it! You can use ground coffee, brown sugar, and olive oil. Or, you could use ground coffee, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, and avocado.
DIY coffee scrub recipe:
- 2 tablespoons organic ground coffee (fresh or brewed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 drop lavender essential oil (optional)
How to make coffee scrub?
- Place coffee beans in a coffee grinder and process into a fine powder if you making it fresh. If you are using leftover brewed coffee make sure that the coffee grounds are fine.
- Place ground coffee in a bowl, add olive oil (or other carrier oil), and mix well.
- Next add essential oil and stir.
- If using fresh coffee granules, store in a mason jar and leave in a cool dark place.
- If using fresh brewed leftover coffee granules, stir in a mason jar in the refrigerator for 10 days.
