  • 1 piece of turmeric root about the size of one garlic clove 
  • Handful Cerasee leaves
  • Handful moringa leaf  
  • 3 cups water
  • Favorite sweetener to taste


  • Boil water and let simmer.
  • Add the ginger, turmeric, and garlic to the water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add moringa, and Cerasee to the boiling water and cover pot, remove from the heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes
  • Pour through a strainer.
  • Serve warm.
  • Add sweetener
