Strawberry Lemonade

This is some delicious lemonade to enjoy during the hot summer months. I find it a great way to use up fresh strawberries without letting them go bad, this is after you have eaten all the fresh ones of course! I used liquid stevia to sweeten this lemonade but feel free to sweeten with sweetener of your choice.

I decide to add some photos with Daevyd and his dog Macho cooling down in the summer heat!

  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 40 drops liquid stevia or 1/4 cup turbinado sugar

Place strawberries, 2 cups water, lemon juice in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer into a pitcher, add remaining water and sweeten with stevia, serve with ice!

  3. This looks very yummy! I am starting to use more stevia to sweeten things. I really love NuNaturals Nustevia White stevia powder. It is really tasty and non-bitter plus dissolves very easy. You might want to check it out.
