John, I’m so sorry to hear about your condition. Yes, you shouldn’t eat grapefruit while on BP meds. I did make a note about it on my website.I recommend you go to see a health care professional who is open to alternative therapy as well as conventional, one that’s close to you who can monitor your progress closely. If u are allergic to medical penicillin will this give you an allergic reaction?
How long is it good for?
Cha cha if you are taking it throughout the day, it usually lasts 1-2 days. If you are taking it less than that, then I would keep it for 3 days refrigerated in a container with a tight-fitted lid and then make fresh again.
I’m taking targetol but it’s after I consumed the mixture that I read if taking targetol the grapefruit should be avoided. What am I to expect then, the fact that I’m taking targetol and still take nature’s penicillin?
Leave the grapefruit out of the recipe and you’ll be fine.
