Black bean hummus is a flavorful alternative to traditional chickpeas hummus. Black bean blends well with cumin, tahini, cilantro, lemon and cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. Ditch the store bought hummus and make this delicious hummus in 5 minutes.
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a high speed blender and process until smooth. Spoon hummus in a bowl and serve!
