Vegan Key Lime Pie Dip
My Vegan Key Lime Pie Dip is a delicious way to upgrade any snack, lunch, or appetizer board. Also try my Vegan Cheese Ball, Loaded Guacamole, and Vegan Cheeseburger Dip.
Vegan Key Lime Pie Dip
My Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite desserts, with its deliciously tangy yet rich and creamy filling. The combination of flavors works so well that I found myself wanting key lime pie every day; so I made it possible.
This dip gets its creaminess and lovely green color from avocado. It may be weird for you to see avocado in dessert, but the mellow flavor and smoothness of the fruit works so perfectly for vegan creamy desserts.
What Is In Key Lime Pie Dip?
With some maple syrup for sweetness, coconut cream for added creaminess, and of course the very important lime juice, you will have this easy dip for crackers, fruit, and anything else your heart desires in a few minutes.
I decided to create a lovely fruit and nut board that can work for anything from a fancy work dinner to snack time for the kids. Add whatever is in season in your area, and let your creativity flow.
Summer Fruit Dips
This key lime dip, with some berries, peaches, and tropical fruit, just screams summer to me. I’m loving snacking on it constantly while enjoying photos my daughter sends me of her new rescue furever baby.
Her energetic 3-month-old shepherd mix pup is a ball of curious energy, and watching videos of him is like this dip, so delightful!
Later on this month, my family will be getting our own furry friend, a Rottweiler puppy, and we couldn’t be more excited. I’ll be sure to post all the puppy cuteness on my Instagram stories for you all to enjoy as well ;-)
How To Store Avocado Dip?
Since this dip has avocado as an ingredient, after some time it will start to turn brown from oxidization, like guacamole. The lime juice in this recipe will help to slow that process down, however, I would recommend eating this dip fresh.
Since this is such a quick and easy dip recipe, it will be easy for you to make it fresh a few minutes before your event or your snack time. It should also do alright for a few hours if kept cool, for instance in an insulated lunch bag.
