Preparing falafel in the air fryer requires less oil than frying, your falafel will taste just as flavorful and the falafel with still be crunchy on the outside and moist inside. Not to mention the easy cleanup afterward.  It is best to prepare the falafel,  tzatziki sauce, or tahini sauce and hummus ahead of time.
