How To Make Greek Salad
This is such an easy Greek Salad recipe, you basically add the ingredients to a bowl and toss with Greek salad dressing.
For the Greek salad, I used grape tomatoes., but you can use cherry, Roma tomatoes or regular tomatoes. For the cucumber, I added English cucumbers but again you can use whatever cucumber you prefer. I didn’t peel the skin of my cucumber but it is totally up to you whether or not you do.
For the olives, although Kalamata olives are olives of preference, I used a combination of Kalamata and green olives. You can substitute with black olives.
I know avocado isn’t an ingredient in traditional Greek Salad but I couldn’t resist adding chopped avocados. The creamy flavor and a nice balancing flavor to the salad.
The maple syrup is optional, I love how it balanced the flavors.
