Air Fryer Vegan Zucchini Chips
For most people here in the USA, it is the peak of zucchini season and baking zucchini chips in an Air fryer is easy to prepare and healthy, low-carb, ready in only 12 minutes. The perfect snack to curb your craving for deep-fried potato chips, delicious served as an appetizer with your favorite dip.
I first sliced the zucchini in equal sizes using a Mandoline Slicer, you can also use a sharp knife making thin slices about 1/4 inch thick. You can substitute yellow squash for zucchini.
I added nutritional yeast flakes for a cheesy flavor, yeast flakes are usually sold at the health food store or online on Amazon.
