What Is An Air Fryer?

An air fryer is basically a countertop convection oven, it circulates hot air around the food at a high speed making the dish cook faster than it would when using a traditional oven.

I love stainless steel appliances so i chose this Air Fryer with a stainless steel basket. One this to note is that the basket is smaller than an oven or convection oven so you will have to cook in batches.

Does The Air Fryer Make Food Healthier?

Air fryers can cook food faster than traditional oven method at a fraction of the time. It will leave a crispy texture using far less oil. So basically you are getting that fried texture and taste without the excess calories. So yes, an Air Fryer makes food healthier because you are basically cooking with air.
