We use it as an ingredient for the fastest, simplest, and healthiest breakfast. The seeds turn into gelatinous balls when they are soaked in any liquid and take on a consistency that is quite similar to sago, sabudana, and tapioca.

Yes, Chia Seed is healthy.

  • A superfood, chia is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids that maintain healthy levels of cholesterol.
  • B vitamins, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and magnesium are also abundant in it.
  • Filled with fibers that maintain the optimum balance in the intestines.
  • High in antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, and protein, all of which are excellent for general health.

  4. Scoop the chia pudding into a bowl and add slices of bananas and strawberries.

How To Serve Your Strawberry Banana Chia Pudding?

This pudding is a nutritious dessert or brunch option. It can be served in various ways.

  • You can enjoy the strawberry banana chia pudding with some toasted coconut for a richer flavor and a few slivers of pistachio for crunch.
  • In a glass serving dish, if you like to start with a small amount of the strawberry compote, then add the chia pudding, and end with little fresh strawberries.

How Long Does Strawberry Chia Pudding Last?

Also, chia pudding thickens as it sits, so if you notice that your pudding has become too thick, feel free to add a little milk.

I’ve never felt the urge to sweeten my chia pudding. Fruit like banana and strawberry usually works. However, you can use maple syrup or honey because most people prefer their food sweet.

Do a taste test just before adding the sweetener to the pudding. Add more honey or maple syrup to increase the sweetness.

Is This Pudding Vegan?

Vegans can eat this pudding. Just make sure any changes you make are also vegan-friendly. To make sure, look at the label’s list of ingredients.

Why Aren’t My Chia Seeds Gelling?

In some cases, the chia seeds may need more than 4 hours to fully gel together and thicken the pudding, and this will depend on how old the seeds are. That can be the case if yours takes longer. It should be okay if you leave it for the night!

And if you want your chia pudding to be really thick, you can reduce the milk.

How Can I Meal Prep Strawberry Banana Chia Pudding?

I made my strawberry banana chia pudding in a bowl, and once it had set, I divided it into smaller containers.
