Children would eagerly await the horn of the ice cream van, run to their parents for the money and rush out to get their cones, or with their containers to have them filled. Ice cream is a special treat that unites friends and families as it brings people together to discuss how delicious the different flavors are.

Tips for Making the Best Vegan Banana Ice Cream
You may add a sweetener like, maple syrup, agave, or coconut sugar to your ice cream if desired.
After the bananas are cut, do not keep them in the freezer for too long as they may start turning brown and that will affect the outcome of your ice cream.

Health Benefits Of Banana
- Bananas have many health benefits and can be consumed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Some of the nutrients contained in bananas are potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, copper, fiber, and protein.

- Bananas are also very filling and will prevent you from feeling hungry for several hours. This will significantly assist those who are formulating weight loss plans. In addition, a medium banana contains only 102 calories.

Are bananas really berries?
Yes, they are! Who would have thought that bananas are in fact classified as berries? Berries are fleshy fruits that contain one flower, with one ovary, and have several seeds.
Most fruits that have the name berry included are really not ‘true’ berries as they do not fall into this category. Because the seeds of bananas are so small, it is very easy for us to forget that they in fact contain seeds and are true berries.
