As I looked through all the recipes we prepared this year so that I could share the Top 10 Vegan Gluten-Free Recipes of 2020 with you, so many beautiful memories came flooding into my mind; feelings of joy, comfort, and love. I’m so happy we got to experience these with you!
The year started with hope, joy, and lots of expectations. Shortly after, we endured a period of transition in our lives and with the blog, in order to acclimate to the changing circumstances, due to the unanticipated events worldwide. We had so many new visitors that we decided to prepare videos so that you could actually see how we made the recipes.
My favorite moments of this year: I got asked to appear virtually on live television in Jamaica with less than 24 hours’ notice to demonstrate my Vegan Mac and Cheese recipe, and my recipes got featured on many sites, including TASTE OF HOME, VEG NEWS, PETA, WELL AND GOOD, THE BEET, DELISH and more. All in all, 2020 has been a year of adaptation, which helps us to venture beyond our comfort zone, and for that, we are thankful as we share our Top Vegan Recipes.

This year has been one of explosive growth, with more and more of you all enjoying my recipes each and every day. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and informational articles, and Jamaican, American, and other ethnic favorites, you enjoyed it all, giving them view after view.
