Fat Burner Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6 carrots
  • a handful of kale or other green leafy vegetables
  • 1 lemon

Directions:

Wash the above ingredients thoroughly and cut into small pieces that can be fitted into your juicer. Put the leaves in first, the carrots and lemon will help to push the leaves through the juicer. Drink your juice right away for maximum potency or store into a glass jar with an airtight lid to conserve its nutrients for up to 24 hours.

    My daughter is 47 and has severe Lupus. It attacks her skin and her organs. She has headaches, nausea and is in a lot of pain. We almost lost her last year from the CMV virus. She was in the hospital for a month and went blind in her left eye, Please everyone pray for her. Thank You.

      I’m sorry to hear about your daughter’s condition. I’m excited that you purchased a juicer. There is a section on my website with some juice recipes as a start. A basic recipe is to juice 1 cucumbers,12 cup parsley, 2 stalks celery, 1 cup spinach,1 cup pineapple, 1 lemon, 1/2 green apple, 1 inch ginger. Happy juicing!

    i’ve been having a glass of ABC+ cucumber+ celery juice once a day for some months now – no changes at all – I just drink it for the vitamins . but otherwise no changes- no weight loss, no glowing skin, I still got those viruses, no increased energy.

    I am 100% new juicing. Sister just diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. The whole family decided to “support” her but we want to EAT something warm. Is the nutrition just as good if you chew some of it and have it cooked like a vegetable soup?

    Michele, the Orthopedist said that I have pseudogout in my knee, a form of arthritis. I do not want to have another infiltration of cortisone in my body. What are the fruits and or vegetables that could help me. I love juicing.

    I have a friends daughter that was diagnosed with Lupus. She started juicing, mostly with Kale, Lemon and Carrots, but within 2 months, she was retested and her Lupus showed up negative!!     Hi I am 25 stone and have tryed everything to lose weight and am going to try the fruit and veg juicie diet. How much should each glass hold and how many a day should I have? Is it best to do just juice and veg diet or juice and veg diet plus 1 meal for tea? Thanks in advance.

    due to bowel disease I can’t eat fruit and veg so I was wondering if juicing them might be a better idea so to take all the fibre out of the fruit and veg, I bought myself a Philips Juicer and a load of fruit and veg. My favourite at the moment is carrot, beetroot, celery, parsley and apple. Going to try parsnips and cabbage with apples and carrots. I don’t have a juice every day, I do it every other day so far so good my gut is reacting okay with it.

    I watched the movie, Fat, Sick and nearly Dead (free on Youtube at the time) and it got me interested in juicing. I found the benefits to be amazing. I juice every morning and sometimes in the afternoon.

    I juice 2 red apples and 2-3 carrots sticks in the morning and I find it to be a very invigorating experience.

    I recommend watching the movie, every eye opening and inspirational.
