Healthy Air Fryer Peach Recipe
This healthy Air Fryer Peach recipe is a delicious and simple dessert that your family will want again and again.
These air fryer peaches are perfect drizzled with Pineapple Caramel Sauce and served with a scoop of vegan coconut ice cream or Coconut Whipped Cream.
As I’m on the brink of middle age, I decided that I really need to focus even more on self-care. One of the things I decided to do is eliminate or reduce the use of free oils in my cooking. I have done it before so it is not hard to do, but an Air Fryer really makes it easier.
I love the fact that using the air fryer is easy, I don’t have to warm up the oven or use the grill for preparing 2 peaches for my hubby and I. The air fryer cooks the peaches to perfection without oil or butter, so they are lower in calories, yet taste amazing with the caramelized flavor.
These air fried peaches were so delicious my hubby bought more peaches the following day so I could make more!

How To Make Air Fryer Peaches
- Wash your peaches under cold running water, and dry using a clean dish towel or paper towel.
- Cut peaches in halves from the stem to the tail of the peach and remove the stone in the center.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange peach halves with the cut side facing upwards in the basket.
- Sprinkle coconut sugar on peaches.
- Set air fryer at 370 degrees and air fry peaches for 15-20 minutes depending on your air fryer or how ripe your peaches are.
- Serve with a drizzle of Pineapple Caramel Sauce and a dollop of vegan vanilla ice cream or Coconut Whipped Cream.
Expert Tips
- If you refrigerate your peaches, they will stop ripening so make sure to refrigerate only when fully ripened.
- Using parchment paper in the air fryer helps prevent the peaches from sticking to the basket and makes cleanup easier.
- The cooking time for your air fried peaches may vary depending on the ripeness of your peaches and the specific air fryer model. Keep an eye on them, and if they are very ripe, they may cook faster.
Substitutions and Variations
Instead of just coconut sugar, sprinkle your peaches with a mixture of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg or allspice before air frying. This will add warm, cozy flavors to your peaches.
You could also create a crunchy topping by mixing rolled oats, chopped nuts (like almonds or pecans), a bit of coconut oil, and a touch of maple syrup. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches before air frying for a crispy contrast.
Storage Recommendations
Refrigerator
If you have any leftover air-fried peaches, allow them to cool to room temperature. Then, place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for a day or two.
Reheating
When you’re ready to enjoy your left over air fryer peaches, you can reheat them in the microwave for a quick warm-up. Alternatively, you can use the air fryer again to reheat them until they reach your desired temperature.
Remember that the texture of reheated peaches may be slightly different from freshly air-fried ones, but they’ll still be tasty.

Recipe FAQs
To tell if a peach is ripe, you will notice that the ripe peach has a fragrant scent at the stem. Alternatively, you can also press gently into the skin and if there is a give and it feels soft to the touch, then your peach is ripe. Be careful with this method, though, as you can bruise a ripe peach easily!
Leave your unripened peaches out on the counter for a day or two. Peaches ripen very quickly in the summertime so be sure to keep an eye on them!
Peeling the peaches is optional. The skin can add texture and nutrients to the dish, but you can peel them if you prefer a smoother texture.
Absolutely! Leftover air-fried peaches can be used as a topping for any breakfast or dessert.
