Piña Colada Smoothie (Vegan)


Its been such a long time since I have written a blog post and I missed sharing recipes with you all. Its been 2 months since we have moved to Ohio and we are still adjusting to life here.

My daughter Devannah started college classes 5 days after we arrived and my husband started working right away so we hardly had time to unpack. As a matter of fact, we still have a lot of boxes to unpack because we have been so busy.

I am currently taking a health coaching course and I’ll be a certified health coach when I’m done. I’m loving every minute of it. I’m still busy making soaps and my other skincare products and have recently included lotion bars and bath bombs to my inventory. Anyway we are all loving it here and feel completely at home. Its quite rural and the scene is breathtaking.

We even managed to do some organic gardening..

This has been one of my go to smoothies since I have moved, I shared it with a friend and she loves it so much that I decided to share it with you. I love to buy a lot of pineapples and bananas when they are on sale, peel and chopped them and freeze to use in my smoothies. This is smoothie is not only sugar free but its super yummy!!!



  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 medium frozen bananas


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth…
