Roasted Garlic Bulb

For years I steamed garlic daily to serve alongside our meals, later I started roasting garlic bulbs. Whole roasted garlic has a much better flavor, it is also milder and sweeter than raw or steamed. I love garlic, not only for its flavor but also for its Nutritional Benefits
