Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi is a cabbage-like vegetable that belongs to the same family that wild cabbage. The German turnip is another name for it. Kohlrabi should be carefully clipped and peeled before being sliced or shredded and added to a salad, or cooked, boiled, steamed, or roasted. Kohlrabi’s sweet, peppery flavor profile, which is comparable to that of broccoli stems.                     

Kosher Pickles

Kurrat, also termed Egyptian leek, is a delicious vegetable from the Alliaceae family. The entire plant can be cooked and used as a salad topping.
