This veggie is a green leafy vegetable variety that belongs to the cabbage family. Kale eats in a variety of ways, and it is an excellent addition to any diet. It’s a softened cereal or porridge that has been soaked and simmered. Kasha has a solid texture when cooked, with a nutty flavor and gummy texture.

The essential component in Kecap Manis is palm sugar, which gives it its beautiful thick consistency and sweet flavor. It associates with satay and is similar to Chinese sweet bean sauce.                             



Ketchup is one of the most widely used sauces in the world. It comes in a bottle. Use as a table condiment. Tomato sauce, sometimes known as ketchup, is comprised primarily of tomatoes and vinegar.  There are a variety of ketchup brands available at the grocery. Use ketchup as a chip dip, a burger topping, or a relish.


Kettle corn


Kettle corn is popcorn sweetened with light-colored refined sugar, oil, and salt. Its name comes from its historical preparation in cast iron kettles, though today, people typically make it in standard saucepans and pots. It’s a sweet delight that many people enjoy.

You should carefully clip and peel kohlrabi before slicing or shredding it to add to a salad, or before cooking, boiling, steaming, or roasting it. Kohlrabi’s sweet, peppery flavor profile, which is comparable to that of broccoli stems.                     

Kosher Pickles

Dill pickles and kosher pickles are almost indistinguishable; however, the distinction lies in the use of garlic in kosher pickles, which dill pickles lack. Moreover, while not all kosher pickles comply with Jewish dietary standards, New York has traditionally embraced this method of pickling.

Kurrat, also termed Egyptian leek, is a delicious vegetable from the Alliaceae family. You can cook the entire plant and use it as a salad topping.
