I decided to update the photos on my delicious Low-Calorie Oven Baked Potato Chips recipe after I shared my Oven Baked BBQ Chips Recipe and it was a huge hit.This recipe is so easy that you no longer have to buy store bought stale and deep fried potato chips, now you can make your own with fresh ingredients.

Serve these low-Calorie Oven Baked Potato Chips with my famous Oatmeal Burger recipe and it will be a sure hit.

Baked Potato Chips

To make these Low-Calorie Oven Baked Potato Chips, use a sharp knife and slice potatoes thinly but you can use a Mandoline if you prefer for super thin slices. I then toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper that is lightly oiled. Scrub and slice potatoes thinly as possible. Dry slices using a paper towel.

  2. Toss potato with olive oil, garlic powder, salt to fully coat and spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on thickness, turnover halfway through and remove any chips that are done before time.
