To make these Low-Calorie Oven Baked Potato Chips, use a sharp knife and slice potatoes thinly but you can use a Mandoline if you prefer for super thin slices. I then toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.

- Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper that is lightly oiled. Scrub and slice potatoes thinly as possible. Dry slices using a paper towel.
- Toss potato with olive oil, garlic powder, salt to fully coat and spread in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on thickness, turnover halfway through and remove any chips that are done before time.
