They are actually easy to grow, so if you are new at gardening or don’t consider yourself having a green-thumb, then green bean is one of the plants you should definitely start with.
How To Make Roasted Green Beans
It is so easy to make oven roasted green beans, trim the top of the green beans and rinse. Drain in a colander and add to a large bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.

- Preheat oven 425 degrees.
- Place green beans in a medium bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Place in a single layer on parchment line baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
- Meanwhile in a small bowl combine, liquid aminos, lemon juice, maple syrup, and sesame oil.
- Place roasted green beens in a bowl and toss with liquid ingredients. Serve immediately.
