Love this recipe so much. I make them all the time. Just spicy enough but not overwhelming.

I will have to make these at the next BBQ! Very good!
Karin, I’m so happy you enjoyed them, that’s a great idea! Thank you for your feedback.
Hello, can i escape the yeast ingredient or is there an alternative as can’t find it in my supermarket.
Also, why not normal onions… than powder?
Thanks
Hello Yseult, yes you can omit the nutritional yeast flakes. Substitute with your favorite spices. I prefer to make them with onion powder, I am adding How To Make Onion Powder to my to-do list for this week, thank you. You can bake the potato wedges, fry, or caramelize some onions separately and add toss with your fries at the end, oh yummy, enjoy!
I just put these into the oven. Please forgive me but I made your recipe for cajun seasoning and used that, but my question is, do I add all the spices listed besides the seasoning mix? I didn’t just so you know…
The first time I made these I followed the recipe but it was too spicy for my teens that are not a fan of spicy food. The next time I toned down the spices and they loved it. I am making these for a soccer banquet coming up with 100+ parents/kids in attendance! I have 2 kids that are vegan and one that is not so finding recipes to feed a mixed crowd is crucial and I just love these simple and healthy wedges!
Sarah, that’s so cool, I’m so tickled that you love it enough to serve it at the upcoming soccer banquet and I hope everyone will love them too. Yes I’m so guilty of adding too much cayenne pepper at times. All the best and hope you have lots of fun!
This is my new favorite recipe for potato wedges, we couldn’t get enough! Thank you.
I’m happy you enjoyed it Olive, thank you for your sharing your feedback.
